Chamonix Ten80 is a French registered company based in Chamonix, established in 2003 by Peter Vainer, that specialises in offering an extensive range of services all linked to property.
From our offices in the centre of town we take great pride in looking after over 100 properties throughout the valley. The Chamonix Ten80 Team is made up of enthusiastic and talented people all dedicated to making owning a property in Chamonix a pleasure for you rather than a bind.
We have 'in house' managers, cleaners and handymen. We have worked hard since our inception building relationships with every possible type of service supplier to ensure that everything we offer is done at the same high standards that we continually set ourselves.
We are not only here to solve your problems though, but also to help you and your guests make the most of your property and enjoy the best of what Chamonix has to offer.
We recognise that it takes time to manage your property and lifestyle needs, especially if you live abroad. That's where we come in.
Our Property Management Services start simply as local key holding in case of emergencies, takes care of all your maintenance issues, and can provide all the services you need to run your property commercially.
